Whispering Pines Apartments, 1-Bedroom Senior and Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Senior and Disabled Public Housing rental housing assistance in Washington County, Minnesota.

The Washington County Community Development Agency (WCCDA) last accepted Elderly/Senior Public Housing waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Whispering Pines from January 22, 2024, until April 26, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen. 

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $43,500 | 2 Persons $49,700

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Seniors age 62+ or a person with a verifiable disability.
• Seniors age 55-61

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
